TV Season Review: South Park Season 13

Season 13 of South Park was certainly, no doubt an improvement from the 12th season, but the only question about it is: was it the improvement I was expecting?
I'd have to say no, although it did improve it still had allot of struggles, it still lacked creativity, and still lacked humor, I think that it's needless to say South Park is fading away, but perhaps this season, due to its improvement may give us an idea that the show is preparing for a long, step- by-step improvement, or perhaps, the just ran out of ideas, only season 14 will tell.
The best episodes in the season are "Dead Celebrates" I very enjoyable spoof at celebrities that recently died, "Fish sticks" another solid episode which is clearly targeted at Kanye West, and "Dancing With Smurphs" which seemed to be the only creative episode in the season.
The worst is in "Eat, Queef, Pray" a stupid effort to make people laugh using farts and queefs, "Whale Whors" which seemed to be a good episode, but again, a failure, and "Fatbeard" a mediocre, pirate based episode, I have one question, how many shows made pirate based episodes?
Overall, the entire season lacked creativity and cleverness, but was fair in humor, but I hoped for better, although it was an improvement over the last season, it was still poor, but with a few highlights, I think that this season is either telling me that South Park is a dead comedy, or it's making a slow improvement.
