Movie Review: Spider-Man 3

There are two ways to make sequels, right ways, in movies such as 'Spider-Man 2', and wrong ways, such as this movie, 'Spider-Man 3', a sequel that fails to reach most of its expectations, especially comparing to its procedures.
Spider-Man 3 had many mistakes, one of them was adding too much of everything, too many story lines, too many villains, that's just too much to handle, the storylines where about Harry Osborn as the 'New Goblin' getting revenge, Peter and MJ's romantic life, Eddie Brock competing with Peter, the disappointing symbiote story line, and the only story line that actually worked: Sandman' s part of the story.
Another good example of the disappointment of this movie was the bad script, a perfect example was before Flint Marko was mutated to Sandman, when the scientists where doing there sand mutation experiment, one of the scientists said that there was a change in the mass, but then, the completely stupid quote was when the other scientist said 'it’s Probably A Bird' the problem with that quote is quite simple: birds do not come out at night, bad dialogs between characters was another perfect example on why Spider-Man 3, such as the scene when a waitress asks Harry how was the pie, he replies 'So Gooooooood!' which was a totally stupid, random, and useless line in the movie.
The movie also had a bad romantic plot, first it starts off with Peter having MJ, then Harry having MJ, then in one scene both fight for her, what is this a teen soap opera? Another good example of the bad romantic plot, was the extremely boring and corny between Peter and MJ, and a useless scene when Harry and MJ dance in the kitchen, that was really bad for the movie.
Also another thing to criticize negatively to the movie was the highly negative symbiote plot, at first, it was good, it was supposed to drive Peter's negative characteristics, such as the subway scene, the Symbiote drove him to try to kill sandman, then it starts getting bad and stupid for a long period, but the question is, when does it get bad? It's simple, when Peter attacks Harry for 'taking' MJ from him, then it gets stupider when Peter starts dancing on the streets, and finally the last scene of that embarrassing streak of stupidity, was in the Jazz Club scene, when Peter starts dancing with another girl in the Jazz Club to make MJ jealous, that was the stupidest scene, and thankfully that last stupid scene in the movie… until the dull and boring ending.
Most of the acting in the movie was negative, in fact, here are a few pieces of advice for movie creators, never let Toby Maguire act like a disco guy, never give James Franco a job as a villain, and never hire Topher Grace to act in any super-hero movie again, but there was one actor's performance that I actually enjoyed, Thomas Haden Church's performance as Sandman, he really brought a large emotional role to the movie, as well as a great role as someone being bad, but having good intentions.
Although the movie had allot of major difficulties, it also had some great positives, such as Sandman's part of the movie, Thomas Haden Church's performance as Sandman, and a few great fight scenes, especially the final battle, the one with Venom and Sandman.
Spider-Man 3 is generally a bad movie, full of mistakes and problems, but it did have a few positive qualities that made it a bad movie instead of a terrible movie, overall, Spider-Man 3 is the last choice anyone would want for a sequel, and as for the good fight scenes, watch them on YouTube or something, and don't waste your time actually watching the whole movie waiting for those good scenes to come.
